The Secrets to Burn off Fat Fast

After years of trying every new thing under the sun I have realised there are only three things that actually work.

No 1. What you eat: Portion control is the first thing to conquer and I found the best thing was to use a smaller plate, the food you serve yourself doesn’t look near so lonely on a small plate.  Apples, asparagus, blueberries, brussel sprouts, carrots, cauliflower, cherries, cod, flounder, grapes, honeydew melons, lettuce, onions, oranges, paw-paw, peaches, peas, pineapple, spinach, strawberries, tomatoes these are some of the foods I increased to get the fat burning. I still have my skim milk and hard cheese. There’s tons of information on the web so get busy and make an Eating Plan.

No 2. What you do. Aerobic exercise seems to increase the metabolism and work best to burn fat. I have found walking at least 3 times a week to be the most suitable and effective for me. (and my dog loves it too)

No 3. Sooo, if you want to get rid of that body fat eat properly and exercise, sounds too simple doesn’t it? and you’re right the mental attitude needs attention also.  I found this article very interesting:

The old adage ” think and ye shall become” certainly rings true in this particular endeavour. But keep in mind that thoughts are not human in any way a part of physical beings. Meaning to say, we have the power and capacity to release those kinds of thought. Learn to let go of these thought so that you can easily focus on what you are aiming for. When all things fail, go back to the first tip (Concentrate on the positive outcome) and continue doing what you know you should So that you will be successful in your weight reduction plan.
