Creamy Chocolate Frosting w/ limited supplies?

i need a recipe for CREAMY chocolate frosting.
i have……
semi sweet mini chocolate chips
milk
sugar (regular and powdered and brown)
butter

2 cups of Butter
500 grams of powered sugar.
2 eggs.
A bar of chocolate (in this case you’ll have to eyeball it cause have never used chips)
A spoonful of liquid milk.
a tad of vanilla essence.

Butter and sugar (if its not powdered sugar, use a blender to make finer).
start churning the butter until it gets creamy, add the eggs one by one, (I think they’re not essential but that’s how the recipe I know is ) then add powdered sugar depending.e. sugar, churning , sugar, churning, sugar, churning.
Use the milk (not a lot, usually a spoonful or two is enough, depending on the amount of chocolate) to melt the chocolate chips in a “bain marie” (place the milk ans chocolate in a pot, and this pot goes into another port half filled with boiling water) stir until all the chocolate has melted) when the mix has cooled down, add it to the batter that you made with butter and sugar.

Note: if you live in a cold place chocolate might go back to its solid state pretty quickly, so you shouldn’t let it cool down completely, but don’t use it too hot either cause it will make the butter thiner.
