Can I do the hcg diet for a week instead of two weeks?
I want to do the hcg diet but I am leaving down in 10 days and wont be able to do it while I’m gone. I’m supposed to do 2 days binging on hcg and then do the 500 calorie diet and then 3 days after I stop the injections I’m supposed to follow the 500 calories a day. Is it worth it to do it for a week?
No, you will need to wait. After you finish the HCG phase you will still need to do the 3 week maintenance phase to help you body adjust to your new weight. This helps lessen the likely hood that you will regain the weight you lost.
Ideally, you need to do the HCG phase for 21 days but as little as 15 days is OK. After that the 3 week maintenance phase of no carbs, starches, or sugars is a must.
Also, the shots works but are far more tedious and painful than the homeopathic drops. I have done both and have lost over 60lbs and have kept it off for 10 months now. The drops worked just as good and cost less and are totally painless.
